Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
Some products, such as ALTOA Thyroid Support Drops, can be bought as a subscription. Your order then repeats automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout (for example every 2 months), plus shipping. Your payment method is charged on each billing date and the order ships after that.
How to cancel
- You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- Log in to your customer account at labe-accessories.com/account (also works at mswk.store/account), open Subscriptions, choose your subscription and select Cancel subscription.
- Or email support@labe-accessories.com with your order number and we will help you cancel.
When it takes effect
Your cancellation takes effect immediately. If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. Orders that were already charged before you cancelled are still shipped.
Orders that were already charged
Each subscription delivery is handled like any other order under our Refund policy, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union.
Pre-orders and other purchase options
We currently do not offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy. If we add them, the terms will be shown here and at checkout.
Abonnements – Kündigung (Deutsch)
Abos („Subscribe & Save“) kannst du jederzeit ohne Frist und ohne Gebühr kündigen: im Kundenkonto auf labe-accessories.com/account unter „Abonnements“ oder per E-Mail an support@labe-accessories.com. Die Kündigung wirkt sofort; kündigst du vor dem nächsten Abrechnungstermin, wird nichts mehr abgebucht. Bereits abgerechnete Lieferungen werden noch verschickt und wie jede Bestellung nach unserer Rückerstattungsrichtlinie behandelt, einschließlich des 14-tägigen Widerrufsrechts in der EU.
