Shipping Protection

Shipping protection is an optional add-on in your cart. It costs $2.95 per order (€2.95 in Europe) and covers your whole order until it reaches you.

What it covers

  • Lost in transit: the tracking shows no new movement for 20 days, or the carrier confirms the parcel is lost.
  • Stolen: the tracking says delivered, but the parcel never reached you.
  • Damaged: the parcel or the items inside arrive broken or unusable.

In each case we send the same items again at no cost. If an item is no longer in stock, we refund it instead.

How to make a claim

Email support@labe-accessories.com with your order number within 30 days of the delivery date (for a lost parcel: within 30 days after the last tracking update). For damage, please add a photo of the parcel and the items. We reply within two business days.

What it does not cover

  • A wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout.
  • Orders without shipping protection. For those, our normal shipping and refund policies apply.
  • Delays while the parcel is still moving. Delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days.

Versandschutz (Deutsch)

Der Versandschutz ist eine freiwillige Option im Warenkorb. Er kostet 2,95 € pro Bestellung und deckt die ganze Bestellung ab, bis sie bei dir ist: verloren (20 Tage keine neue Sendungsbewegung oder vom Versanddienst bestätigt), gestohlen (als zugestellt gemeldet, aber nicht angekommen) oder beschädigt angekommen. Wir schicken dann dieselben Artikel kostenlos erneut; ist ein Artikel nicht mehr lieferbar, erstatten wir ihn. Melde dich innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Zustellung (bei Verlust nach der letzten Sendungsbewegung) mit deiner Bestellnummer an support@labe-accessories.com, bei Schäden bitte mit Foto. Nicht abgedeckt: eine falsch angegebene Adresse, Bestellungen ohne Versandschutz und Verzögerungen, solange das Paket noch unterwegs ist. Trinkgeld im Warenkorb geht an das kleine Team hinter LaBe und MSWK und ist freiwillig.
